Delhi High Court invites applications from the eligible Indian citizens for the post of Personal Assistant 2013.

Job Details and Important Dates:

Last Date to Apply: May 24, 2013
Number of Vacancies: 30(General 4, SC 7, ST 4 and OBC 15)

Minimum Qualification: Graduate with 100 wpm shorthand speen in English and 40 wpm typing speed in English on computer.

Pay Band: Rs. 9,300-34,800 with Grade pay of Rs. 4,200

Age Limit: 18-27 years as on 1 January, 2013

Application Fees: Rs. 300 from General candidates and no fee for SC/ST. Pay order/demand draft/postal order is drawn in favor of “Registrar General, Delhi High Court” payable at Delhi.

RPSC invites applicantions from eligible candidates from all over India for the post of Programmers in Department of Information Technology & Communication, & for Assistant Jailor in Prison Department Government of Rajasthan through a written examination in May 2013.

Post Details:

1) Programmer in Department of IT and Communication:
Number of vacancies: 173 posts
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
Age Limit: 21-35 years as on 1 January, 2013
Minimum Educational Qualification: B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc. in IT or Computer Science or Communications or Electronics and MCA OR MBA in IT OR M.Tech. degree in IT or Computer Science or Electronics or Communications.

1) Programmer in Department of IT and Communication:
Number of vacancies: 42 posts
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-
Age Limit: 21-26 years as on 1 January, 2013
Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation or Appearing in final year of Graduation.

Date of Exam: In Mid-July, 2013

Paper Pattern and Syllabus:

1) Programmer:

There will be two papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both of 100 marks and both will be of two hours. Minimum qualifying marks is 40% for General candidates and 36% for SC/ST.

a) Reasoning, General Knowledge and Numerical ability
b) DBMS
c) Date communication and Data Networks

Syllabus for Paper 2:

a) System Analysis and Design
b) Programming Concepts

PSEB Class 10 Results 2013 Announced

PSEB(Punjab School Education Board) conducted the Class 10th exams in Punjab in which lacs of students from more than 12,000 schools participates in the Matriculation exams in April, 2013. Though the classes for Class 11th have already been started in many Schools but candidates are still waiting for the PSEB Class 10th results.

It is expected that the PSEB Class 10th results will be announced in the month of May, 2013. PSEB has yet to announce the class 12th results. You can find more about PSEB Class 12th results 2013 here.

IBPS SO(Specialist Officer) 2013 Interview Notification, Schedule, Cutoff & Results

IBPS announced the schedule of conduction of common interviews for Specialist Officers(SO) 2013 for different cadres. Recently, IBPS declared the result of online written test of SO 2013 and respective cutoff for various cadres. The cut off this year was really high and unexpected from the previous year. This time, candidates only three times the number of vacancies are called for common interviews.

CAT 2013 Notification, Paper Pattern, Syllabus & Important Dates

Common Admission Test(CAT) is a computer based national level examination organized by IIMs(Indian Institute of Management) which helps candidates to get admission in various top management colleges such as IIM’s, MDI, etc. all over India. The computer based exam is conducted by a different IIM every time based on the rotation policy. The online written exam consists of questions from topics viz. Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation. On the basis of scores and percentile obtained in the written exam, candidates are called for interviews & Group Discussion by different institutes and final selection is based on your performance in the interview.

CAT 2013 Important Dates – Exam Dates & Registrations:

Availability of Vouchers: August 5, 2013 – Sep 24, 2013
Registration Window: August 5, 2013 – Sep 26, 2013
CAT 2013 Exam Dates: Oct 16, 2013 – Nov 11, 2013
Results will be declared on 14.01.2013.

Purchase the scratch voucher from selected branches of Axis Bank and register on the official website of CAT i.e. www.catiim.in.

CAT 2013 Paper/Exam Pattern:

The paper of CAT consists of questions from topics such as Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation. The total time of computer based test is 2 hours and 20 minutes. There is also a 15-minute tutorial time before the exam. There are 60 objective type questions(divided into two sections) in total to test your skills in the four sections mentioned above. Students will get 70 minutes to answer 30 questions within each section managed by an on-screen countdown timer. The 1st section is Quantitative Ability and Date Interpretation and the 2nd section is Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning.

CAT 2013 Syllabus:

1) CAT English/Verbal Ability Syllabus: Verbal reasoning, Reading comprehension, syllogisms, analogies, synonyms & antonyms, idioms, fill in the blanks, sentence correction, etc.

2) CAT Quantitative Ability/Mathematics Syllabus: Number systems, Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, trigonometry, probability, permutation and combination, time & work, Profit & Loss, averages, Sets, percentages, quadratic & linear equations, etc.

3) CAT Data Interpretation Syllabus: Data Interpretation & analysis, Graphs, tables, charts, Venn diagram, etc.

4) CAT Logical Reasoning Syllabus: Blood Relationships, Clocks, Binary Logic, calendars, seating arrangement, logical sequence, Premise, Circular arrangement, assumption, conclusion, linear & matrix arrangement, etc.

LIC ADO Interview Result 2013

LIC(Life Insurance Corporation of India) conducted the ADO(Apprentice Development Officer) recruitment exam in the month of February-April, 2013. The written exam was conducted on February 2 and 3, 2013. The ADO written exam result was announced in March, 2013. Interviews were held in the month of April, 2013. The interviews were conducted all over India in the respective LIC divisional offices. Thousands of students from over India participated in the Interviews.
