CBSE Proficiency Test Answer Keys & Result April 2013

Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) has declared the results and answer keys of Proficiency Test which was held in April 2013. Proficiency Test is conducted for the candidates who appeared in Class 10th examinations of March, 2013. The subject wise Proficiency examinations were started on April 8, 2013 and finished on April 12, 2013. These exams were conducted by CBSE as an optional exams for class 10th students for five main subjects i.e. English, Science, Hindi, Mathematics, and Social Science.

State Bank of India has published the recruitment notice of 17 Rajbhasha Officers in SBI 2013. Rajbhasha Officers is Scale 1 job in State Bank of India.

Maths & Reasoning: Maths and reasoning section were quite easy as compared to CGL exam. There was no Trigonometry and Geometry in Maths and there were only few questions from Algebra and Mensuration. The main focus on the Profit and Loss chapter.

English and General Awareness: English was average in difficulty level. General awareness was diffifult overall but some questions were quite easy.

So, overall the cutoff would be high keeping in mind the difficulty level of the entire exam pattern.

SSC Cabinet Secretariat Exam 2013 Cutoff:

The cutoff for Pre exam is expected to be more than 115 as the seats are very less in number. But as the descriptive paper carry 300 marks, cutoff for Pre won’t be that high as expected earlier. Also, Tier 1 paper is only qualifying. Final selection is based on the combined score of Tier 2 + Interview.

Negative Marking or Not?:

All the candidates are really confused about whether there was negative marking in the paper or not. Though nothing specific was mentioned about negative marking on the question paper, but all SSC exams have negative marking. So, there is a high chance of having negative marking in this exam also.
We will update more about negative marking confusion once the official confirmation is out regarding this.

SSC Cabinet Secretariat Exam 2013 Results:

The official answer keys will be published on SSC website in a month or so. The result and cutoff announcement could take up more than 2 months as SSC efficiency is not as fast as it was earlier.

Union Public Service Commission has published the admit card for the written entrance exam Combined Medical Services and Engineering Services. Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) To Hire from IBPS Wait-listed Candidates

In a move that will benefit lot of candidates from all over India, Non Banking Financial Companies have decided to hire candidates who cleared the IBPS PO 2 or IBPS Clerk 2 examination but could not get any allotment due to low marks overall. This move will help both NBFCs by saving lot of money that is used in the recruitment process and candidates who have missed the final selection in the IBPS process.

More than 70,000 candidates who cleared the IBPS PO 2 and Clerk 2 exam are still in wait list due to less number of vacancies available in the banks. Now this step will help those candidates to get a job easily without giving any other exam.

In the recently concluded IBPS PO 2 and Clerk 2 exam, around 1,25,000 candidates have been selected after written test and interview but only 55,000 candidates have been allotted any of the government bank and still 70,000 are yet to get a job.

Non-Banking Financial Companies are taking this step to speed up the recruitment process and it will save lot of government’s money.

Recently, Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) Chairman Sushil Munot said, “It is good to recruit and hire from the readily available candidates. It is fast & cost effective.”

Rajasthan Financial Corporation will be the first non-banking company, that will be hiring from the same pool of students who could not get any selection via IBPS process. The state government subsidiary will hire 10 candidates.

Non Banking Financial Companies – will soon send communication regarding these upcoming vacancies to Waiting list Candidates interested in joining non-banking jobs vacancies. The waiting list of candidates will be valid for season 2013-14 only. Next year, IBPS PO 3 and IBPS Clerk 3 waiting list will be considered for selection in Non Banking Financial Companies.

SSC JE(Junior Engineer) 2013 – Answer Key, Cutoff, Analysis & Result

Staff Selection Commission conducted the Junior Engineer exam today on June 9, 2013. The SSC JE exam has been conducted for the recruitment of Junior Engineer in Civil, ELectrical, & Mechanical in various departments such as Department of Posts, Public Works Department, etc.

The selection process of SSC JE 2013 exam involves three phases:

1) Paper 1 (200 marks)
2) Paper 2 ( 300 marks)
3) Interview (100 marks)

SSC JE(Junior Engineer) Exam 2013 Cutoff and Results:

The cutoff and results will be announced in a couple of months by SSC. First, SSC will publish the official answer keys on it site and then only after few weeks, cutoff and results would be announced. The shortlisted candidates then would be called for personal interview of 100 marks. All the best for the result.
